Talk to the craftsman, not a call center
Arthur answers his own phone. Tell him about your driveway, patio, pool deck, or basement floor, and he will come out, measure it, and give you a firm number. Typical lead time is four to eight weeks, so booking early matters.

The more detail you give, the more useful the first conversation is. Rough dimensions and a photo-level description of the current surface go a long way.
Thanks — we got your message.

Quick answers
Before you call
What areas around Chattanooga do you serve?
Vances Concrete Craft serves Chattanooga, North Shore, Red Bank, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Hixson, East Brainerd, and Ooltewah. We regularly handle steep-slope driveways on Signal and Lookout Mountain and waterfront pool decks near Ooltewah.
Will Arthur personally work on my project?
Yes. Arthur Vance is a solo master craftsman who is on-site for every pour and personally hand-tools, cures, and seals each project. The craftsman who designs your layout is the same one who finishes it — one project at a time.
How far in advance should I book?
Because Arthur manages every project start to finish, booking in advance is recommended. Typical lead times range from 4 to 8 weeks, so reserve your project date early — especially for spring and summer patio and pool-deck work.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Vances Concrete Craft is fully licensed, bonded, and insured under Tennessee Contractor License #00684219, with 17 years of independent operation and 450+ completed residential projects.
How do you prevent cracking and winter damage?
We use thick-gauge steel reinforcement, compacted subgrade prep, 4,000 PSI mixes, and proper control and expansion joints, then finish with freeze-thaw-rated sealers. This combination resists the cracking, spalling, and salt damage common to Tennessee winters.
