Suburban Access, Straightforward Pours
Hixson is an easy run up Hixson Pike, and most subdivision streets give a mixer plenty of room. That keeps scheduling simple and lets us stage larger patio pours in a single placement rather than breaking them into sections. We time deliveries around Northgate Mall traffic on Hixson Pike so the mix isn't sitting in the drum longer than it needs to.
Lake-adjacent lots need a little more thought. Where a yard slopes toward the water, we set the slab elevation and drainage so runoff does not wash out the edge, and we keep the truck on stable ground away from soft shoreline soil.
